Pegasus Bay

As well as the producer of outstanding wines and the home of an award-winning restaurant, Pegasus Bay in the Waipara Valley is a great event location. The Pegasus Bay winery's natural amphitheatre has a capacity for up to 3000 people and has been host to a number of local and international acts. Pegasus Bay's philosophy is to grow grapes of the highest quality, which fully express the features of the vineyard, and to handle these with the utmost respect. The winery restaurant was awarded New Zealand's best winery restaurant for the third consecutive year in 2010 by Cuisine magazine.
