Eastland Regional Information

All along the Pacific Coast Highway, from Whakatane around to East Cape and Gisborne, the usual contrasts of nature and humanity seem to blend into surrealism. There’s a mystical quality to the landscapes here.

Being a big food and wine-producing region, the local cuisine on offer is always good quality and value for money. Combine that with adventure tourism, fishing, shopping, golfing, hiking, arts and crafts, and it’s not difficult to see why these regions are year-round favourite destinations. more
