Been There - Traveller Reviews
Traveller reviews and recommendations on the internet are increasingly becoming the preferred search method when planning a holiday. Consumers are talking openly to each other, sharing opinions and experiences like never before, and whether we like it or not, consumers are talking about us and their individual experiences with our brands, products and services. We must all tune in and listen to what is being said and be ready to respond to positive or negative commentary quickly.
Been There only publishes validated reviews that come under two categories:
- Any booking made using our AA reservation Engine:
When the stay has been completed, our system will send out an email inviting the traveller topost a review. - If a booking is made direct with your property:
Attached to our Client Administration Panel is a link that you can paste into an email and send out to any of your guests. This enables you to generate your own reviews by alerting people who may book over the phone or walk in off the street.
Been There reviews will become a filter option for consumers when searching for accommodation and we will push reviews to Google to help increase your property’s visibility within a search. Been There is a free marketing tool for all advertisers.
