Was there anything really great about your stay you'd like to share?

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. In my experiences, great customer service is becoming a thing of the past so this was very much appreciated. Other business should take note!

Are there any improvements you would like to suggest?

Improvements could be made in the cafe that is part of the motorcamp. Orders were lost, meals were missing items listed on the menu etc.

I liked the grassy areas and found the staff friendly and helpful.I had a problem with our power plug and the handyman fixed it for me .lovely site .

Good value for money based on fantastic facilities. This holiday park has beautiful surroundings and they can arrange tours around Napier which is helpful. I definitely recommend Bay View Snapper Holiday Park and will be back soon.
