I have stayed here several times over the past few years and the unit was looking "tired" this time - tiles broken or misaligned, toilet cistern constantly running, bulb in bathroom blown. The TV remote was missing from the unit on our arrival - the replacement did not work

Parking our car while we flew out on holiday was great

The water leaked under our shower door by quite a bit. We had to mop it up with our bath mat.

We booked this motel on a recommendation by a friend. Our 'check in' was completed competently by a friendly young receptionist. We had a very comfortable night & were delivered to the airport at exactly the time that we had requested.

Are there any improvements you would like to suggest?

The room appeared rather dingy on first inspection but this is entirely due to the lack of windows that might otherwise have let natural light in. Once all of the internal lights had been switched on the room was quite acceptable. Maybe a skylight might improve the room? Not a great concern for us.

The room was tidy, there was however some mould accumulating in the bathroom, which appeared to be the result of poor workmanship of renovations.. We had the unfortunate experience of the water being turned off in the morning (0530) which I'm sure was no fault of the staff, but when we notified the shuttle driver prior to departure for the airport we were met with language barriers. I would have appreciated a call to clarify the issue from management.

I thought the bathroom was lovely and spacious. Great shower. The bed was comfortable.

Are there any improvements you would like to suggest?

I would prefer to drink my tea out of a mug instead of a cup. I did not like the idea of having my credit card details written down and kept on a card where they could be accessed by anyone.

They don't have enough natural light in the rooms. It very dark during the daytime. The communication between reception & cleaners not good. I paid for extra 2hrs for check out & they didn't tell day shift or the cleaners.
