Was there anything really great about your stay you'd like to share?

I have stayed here before in the two bedroom cottage with my two Husky's. Both stays I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I have recommended to my parents who have already stayed also when they came down to Taupo.

Enlarging the shower. Bathroom too small. Air conditioning needed for warmer weather. Accommodation suitable for one night only.

free breakfast delivered the night before so cook prepare when wished

Are there any improvements you would like to suggest?

1) the lighting was atrocious - couldn't see well enough to unpack - had to go out and but 2 portable lamps. 2) only provided liquid soap in shower (ok to do at basin) and took ages to wash as only small amounts dispensed at once - grrrr!

There was a great spa pool, which after a days walking was a real treat and soon soothed away our aches and pains.
