      Was there anything really great about your stay you'd like to share?

      i need a refund on one of the rooms as I booked 2 business rooms but we ended up with a premium room instead so I need a refund of $140 as we stayed there twice and only used 1 business suite and 1 premium room.

      Was there anything really great about your stay you'd like to share?

      We had a lovely ground floor room. Two queen size beds, and two very comfortable arm chairs. Everything was spotless and the bathroom area very user friendly with the bath (shower over) and toilet in a separate room and the basin in an alcove before it. Handy for two people to use. The vouchers for drinks we were handed on arrival also included coffee and hot chocolate were a nice touch.

      Are there any improvements you would like to suggest?

      The only downside was lack of air conditioning, as the nights were very hot, however we understand it is to be put in soon.

      Friendly and welcoming staff were the best i have ever encountered. Excellent service provided with free airport shuttle bus transfer. Food first class. Beds comfortable. Couldn't fault it.
