      Absoloot Value Accommodation (AVA) is designed for backpackers, flashpackers and value-seeking travelers. Recently refurbished, if offers boutique dorms (4 and 6 beds), double and queen rooms and is spectacularly located on the lakefront right in the centre of Queenstown. Every room is ensuited with LCD TV, fridge and heat pump. AVA has an outlook second-to-none and four stories worth of character and comfort. Fresh, contemporary style with space to play and space to relax. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, brand new laundromat, TV and games room, and storage and drying rooms. Every room is fitted with key card entry for extra security, and guests enjoy 24-hour access.

      Great place to stay, friendly helpful staff, great views and VERY central location!

      Are there any improvements you would like to suggest?

      Parking in Queenstown is a challenge, you either pay or park several blocks away UP hill.

      Was there anything really great about your stay you'd like to share?

      We were in the queen room which is on the corner on the 3rd floor. Wrap around windows gave views over the lake & mountains & down into the square where the market was. We had our own bathroom, TV, microwave and tea and coffee stuff. The room was lovely and airy and quiet. With a room and view like that and being in the centre of town I don't know what you'd gain by paying hotel prices somewhere else. We'll definitely stay there next time we come down - for more than 1 night next time!
