      The staff/managers were quite rude, we certainly did not feel welcome nor would we ever return. Broadband needs to be sorted, there was no internet access which in today's world is not acceptable.

      We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us and I am not sure why you were not able to give any internet coverage as our property has wifi coverage around the whole complex. This is a secure site to ensure guests security and you do require a code that is available from Reception to access the wifi system. We are not a Five Star property and do not advertise ourselves as this. If you were unhappy with any aspect of your stay then you should advise us at the time so we can accomodate your needs.

      Was there anything really great about your stay you'd like to share?

      No for the price we paid I think we will avoid this motel or any others in this franchise if it has one.

      Are there any improvements you would like to suggest?

      Yes we would have liked the spa pool to be full and ready to go as we only stayed for the one night and by the time we filled twice , first time all the ants in the jets came out into the water, it was to late to get a decent spa my wife wasn't impressed as she loves her time in the spa relaxing. Wasn't that tidy or clean .

      Bentleys Motor Inn replies:

      All our spa pools are self fill so that guests can fill the spa at their leisure and also for hygiene reasons so you are not bathing in someone elses water - and all our advertising material states that they are self fill. Due to the dry weather we have experienced problems with ants but if you had advised us at the time then we would have been more that happy to have sorted the issue for you. We can not help you if we are not made aware of your issue until you post a review.

      Bentleys Motor Inn replies:

      Thank you for your review - at the time of your stay we were having a problem with our Internet Service Provider being able to give us a stable connection - this has now been fixed and we have not experienced this problem again. The login process we have in place is for security for both our guests and ourselves to prevent hacking and illegal downloading.

      Our room was great, exactly as advertised. We stayed on Saturday night and found the location very peaceful and quiet. Room was clean, tidy and well equipped.

      A television in the main bedroom would be good.
