We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us and I am not sure why you were not able to give any internet coverage as our property has wifi coverage around the whole complex. This is a secure site to ensure guests security and you do require a code that is available from Reception to access the wifi system. We are not a Five Star property and do not advertise ourselves as this. If you were unhappy with any aspect of your stay then you should advise us at the time so we can accomodate your needs.
All our spa pools are self fill so that guests can fill the spa at their leisure and also for hygiene reasons so you are not bathing in someone elses water - and all our advertising material states that they are self fill. Due to the dry weather we have experienced problems with ants but if you had advised us at the time then we would have been more that happy to have sorted the issue for you. We can not help you if we are not made aware of your issue until you post a review.
Thank you for your review - at the time of your stay we were having a problem with our Internet Service Provider being able to give us a stable connection - this has now been fixed and we have not experienced this problem again. The login process we have in place is for security for both our guests and ourselves to prevent hacking and illegal downloading.
Thank you for your feedback and we have just upgraded our TV's in the living areas and will be putting a 2nd TV into the main bedroom of all our family suites....
