      Was there anything really great about your stay you'd like to share?

      The plunge pool in private courtyard was clean and just what we expected - quick to fill and plentiful hot water. The motel is very close to town so really covenient walking distance for us.

      Was there anything really great about your stay you'd like to share?

      Close to amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, fuel. All facilities within walking distance. Spa pool excellent for a soak and massage. Units safe and secure.

      Are there any improvements you would like to suggest?

      Said free wifi - we were there for 2 days and only got a free 200mb for 24 hours. Shower, wash hand basin and toilet are a tight fit, and short of space.

      This is my second visit to Rotorua and this motel. Nice place. Centrally located. Will certainly go to this motel again.

      Motel value for money, the rooms were clean and tidy and it is close to all amenities.The staff were friendly and helpful would go there again

      Are there any improvements you would like to suggest?

      A few more power points would be handy the one in the bathroom didn't like my hairdryer and flicked the switch

      The reception was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. and gave good advice on the Rotorua area. The motel is older but has been refurbished nicely and is very clean and tidy. There was a good spa pool in the unit.
