      WELCOME to 3 hectares of peaceful parkland at All Seasons Holiday Park, where the friendly hospitality assures you, your family, team or group an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Only eight minutes from town (but without the sulphur smells!) and close to Lake Rotorua, All Seasons Holiday Park makes an ideal base for visiting Rotorua's many cultural, natural and adventure attractions.

      We have a variety of accommodation choices to offer you - from fully-equipped park motels, tourist flats, cabins, a 50-bed lodge and powered camp sites for your tent, caravan or motorhome. Whether you are after budget accommodation or all the comforts of home, we have it here, plus a fully enclosed heated pool complex.

      Two minutes walk away is Hannah's Bay recreational area. The reserve has a newly developed wildlife area and a safe playground. We are also close to one of Lake Rotorua's boat ramps, making all your fishing and other water sport activities as convenient as possible.

      Fabulous people - very child friendly, we all had a awsum time and will return and highly recommend to all friends.

      Are there any improvements you would like to suggest?

      new shower heads as they look quite old in the communal area.

      We arrived very late at night, (10pm) but we were welcomed with open arms! We had a problem with the electricity in our campervan, they offered to help and fixed it! Great local knowledge of nearby attractions. great location.
