      Temuka's newest motel opened in 2004. Modern complex with 10 superior units - 6 spacious studios (1 with access facilities) plus 4 x 2-bedroom apartments. Some units have large double spa baths. All units designated SMOKEFREE and are serviced daily. Units have fully equipped kitchens, microwave, king/queen/single beds, electric blankets, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, Sky TV, wireless broadband/dial-up internet access, telephones, fax facilities available at the office. All units double-glazed and some have private balconies. Continental breakfast available and charge-back meals from selected restaurants. We are the closest motel to Fonterra Clandeboye 11km, only 12km to Levels Raceway and 20km north of Timaru. On our doorstep we have great trout and salmon fishing (Rangitata + Opihi Rivers) and 6 golf courses within 25km. MANZ member: Hosts: Clive & Amanda.

      Good, clean and well designed rooms. Reasonably quiet for a good nights sleep.

      Perhaps a little cramped for the number of units on the property. Could make parking a bit difficult.

      I have stayed at this motel several times. It is generally very good.

      On one occasion there was no bath mat and the shower drain was blocked, but that might have been when the proprietors were away.
