      It's a nice welcoming place to stay.

      Are there any improvements you would like to suggest?

      Make sure rooms are aired before people use them, especially after teenagers have been in the night before.

We must assure you that our housekeeping staff air out our units daily and our cleaning standards are of a high quality. It is very rare that we allow teenagers to stay on their own, it was unfortunate that you could smell anything unpleasant. But we hope you come and stay with us again soon!

      Was there anything really great about your stay you'd like to share?

      The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the spa units with the ocean view. Wow! What a great spot! I would fly up from the south island just to holiday there again.

      We booked a Spa Villa as a treat for our 20th Wedding anniversary The sea views from the villa was spectacular and very romantic to watch the sun rise. It was a very peaceful and relaxing break.
