"CTP" means Club Tourism Publishing which owns and operates this site. "You" refers to every individual or entity accessing the site for whatever reason.
By using this site, including the booking engine, you are accepting all these Terms of Use and the Terms and Conditions applied by each of the third party suppliers appearing on the booking engine.
CTP requires you to read all Terms of Use carefully. You may contact CTP if you do not understand any of them. If you do not accept all of the terms, do not use this site.
The site is for your personal use and is not to be used for any commercial purpose.
Site Information
Most of the information on this site is provided by third party suppliers. CTP has taken reasonable care to check that information is accurate and up-to-date, but does not guarantee that the site, or the server providing it, is free from viruses, errors and faults.
CTP accepts no responsibility for information supplied by third parties and, in particular, does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of, or the fitness for any particular purpose of, or merchantability of, any third party information, product or service available from, or referred to, on this site. CTP will not be liable for any damages or loss caused by the use of any information on this site.
CTP has the right to change any information on this site at any time and without notice. If you use the site after CTP has changed the terms you will be bound by the new terms.
Charges
You will pay any charges listed on the site for bookings made through the site. Charges will be payable immediately by charge to your credit card. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) but reserve the right not to accept a particular credit card provider at our discretion.
When completing the on-line booking form you must be of legal age to do so and become legally bound to honour payment and other obligations.
You are also responsible for keeping other members of your party informed of the booking details. The booking is confirmed when an on-screen confirmation and an email booking confirmation have been sent to you by CTP (whether or not you receive it). If the booking is not confirmed, it means that the transaction has not been successfully completed.
The confirmation clearly states the rooms and occupancy covered in the payment. You will be liable for additional charges incurred during your stay, which are payable directly to the accommodation supplier. You must check the room description at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that the booking will be suitable for your needs. Accommodation suppliers have different child policies and it is your responsibility to check restrictions, such as the child age range, and book appropriately.
Bookings made with any AA Smartfuel property will receive the Cpl discount offer based on the date the booking was made not the date of check-in. The Cpl discount will be loaded onto your AA Smartfuel card one day ahead of the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy
You agree to the Cancellation Policy as outlined by the accommodation provider. An administration charge of $25 applies to all cancellations.
Room availability ("inventory") is set by the accommodation supplier. CTP does not oversell that inventory, and CTP will not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the accommodation supplier over-selling rooms.
The Accommodation supplier holds the right to cancel the confirmed & paid booking. In the event of an accommodation supplier cancelling the booking a full refund will be processed back to the credit card of the customer.
Intellectual Property Rights
You may not store, transmit, reproduce, publish, upload, or distribute in any form any material from this site without CTP's prior written permission, except that you may download one copy on a single computer for your personal non-business use. If you modify or use the materials for any other purpose you will be in breach of CTP's Intellectual Property Rights, which are protected by New Zealand and international law.
If you download software from the site (which includes files, images, data and code) CTP retains complete ownership of that software. You must not redistribute, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or deal with the software in any way.
Links and Advertisements
CTP may provide links from this site to other websites for your convenience and assistance. You acknowledge and agree that CTP is not responsible for the availability of these external websites or resources, does not endorse and is not responsible for any content, advertising products, services or other materials on, or available, from these websites or resources.
Any dealing you have with a third party provider is solely between you and that third party. Your dealings are with the third party supplier directly and not with CTP as agent for the supplier. CTP has taken reasonable care to ensure that third party providers are reputable, but CTP is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage you or anybody else might suffer by dealing with a third party.
CTP does not undertake that the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
CTP has no liability under any circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, for any special or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this or any connected site even if advised of the possibility of damage. CTP's maximum liability to you for all damages, losses, costs and expenses under any cause of action is limited to the value of CTP's charge for any service or product provided via this site.
Your Warranties
You warrant that:
- You are responsible (financially and otherwise) for your use of this site
- Information you supply, whether to CTP or to a third party provider, is accurate and will not be deceptive or likely to deceive.
Indemnity
You indemnify CTP and its officers, employees and agents against all costs, claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses as a result of any act, omission or breach of these terms by you or by your officer, employee or agent.
Privacy
Any details that you provide to us from which we can identify you, are held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand High Court.
Any term which is void or unenforceable shall be treated as severed from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the enforceability of the other terms. These Terms of Use constitute the whole agreement between you and CTP and shall not be modified except by agreement in writing signed by CTP.
If you are accessing the site from outside the country, you must comply with all laws of the country in which you are accessing the site and with all New Zealand laws.
Changes
CTP may change the site or any of these terms at any time.
