Pastimes include blo-karting, fishing, surfing, golfing, horse trekking, luging, 4WD motorbike rides, target shooting and grass skiing. One of the area's most spectacular sites, the Kaiate Falls, is set in a bush-clad valley off Welcome Bay Road.
